Restorations We can take boxes of rusty old parts or rusty rolling heaps of mismatched junk and turn them into the beautiful machines they were when they sat in the dealer's showroom. Every aspect of a restoration project receives attention to detail including chassis, cycle parts, engine, electrical, paint, and trim. Each component, part and fastener is examined and refurbished, repaired or replaced depending on the client's specification for the project. All restoration, refurb & overhaul projects are meticulously documented in progress with digital photographs and full records of analysis, test results, notation of non-standard specification and changes / upgrades for permanent record. The finished product is a motorcycle that is as close to specification as possible, and is guaranteed to perform as new. We are also able to implement modern retrofit upgrades per your specification such as electronic ignition & charging systems. Refurbishing Our refurbishing projects can range from taking a neglected bike to proper running order, completing a previously unfinished project, or overhauling a tired old smoker into a clean, dependable daily ride. Typically our refurbs address a combination of engine, electrical, paint and broken or missing cycle parts. While they are not as meticulous as restorations, our refurbs are guaranteed to produce solid-running, clean motorcycles. |
